* Mardi Gras Parades! The Pride of Destrehan Marching Band will be marching in two parades this season. The Houma Parade on February 1st, 2008 and the Thibodaux Parade on February 3rd, 2008. All marching band students are expected to attend; parents who wish to chaperon should contact a Parent Organization Representative.

* Congratulations to the Destrehan Battery Percussion for being selected to perform in a concert with Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood.
