A graduate of Destrehan High School , Brandon is now currently pursuing a degree in music education. He has worked with the Pride of Destrehan for seven years and has helped the program to save time and money with his commitment to excellence in the arts. Motivated to succeed he has been willing to go great distances to see the students excel and the program reach new heights. Taking over the Hornline in 2004 he has strived to make the Hornline more musical through technical achievement. Pushing the students to understand music and challenging them to do their best in Marching, Concert, or Honor Bands. Focusing energy in teaching the students that through the process comes great achievement; the Hornline is moving forward in its ability to perform under his instruction. He can be seen on a constant basis working with the Hornline to promote awareness and excellence in execution. Brandon can also be seen working with other parts of the program; he is the Colorguard Director and has helped the guard to achieve top ratings at regional competitions and going undefeated in 2005. Taking on the challenge of learning Colorguard technique and routine he has been able to transfer that to the students and really push to new levels of accomplishment.
